I launched PeepSo in 2015 after a year of development and ten years of experience in open source software, particularly on Joomla. I also had a few years of experience in social networking software after acquiring, then running, JomSocial in early 2013.
WordPress is completely different to Joomla. We couldn’t just copy and paste the JomSocial code. We had to build a new framework, new interface… a new community! It’s been great fun.
Today, I am happy to announce that PeepSo has been acquired by the two guys who have been most involved in running it: Eric Tracz and Matt Jaworski.
Eric has been working with me since I acquired JomSocial, and he stood out immediately as a leader and a big thinker. He’s not afraid to tackle the hard stuff, and he quickly became an outstanding project manager at iJoomla, running projects as large as Guru, Ad Agency, Publisher and more…

The Joomla project recently released Joomla 3.7, a feature rich release with over 700 improvements and 8 low-level security issues fixed.
The following new features have peeked our interest and are truly worth exploring:
Custom fields for articles, users and contacts
Great improvements for multilingual sites
Workflow simplifications for article creation
Customizable backend administrative menus
TinyMCE editor improvements (new buttons for menu links and contacts)

The CB Team has been testing Joomla 3.7 with Community Builder and everything is working just fine…

Hey guys, we have been receiving many questions on the frequent updates for EasyBlog 5.1 recently. So, the biggest question of all is why were there frequent updates after the EasyBlog 5.1 Stable release?
Despite from all the heavy testings done since EasyBlog 5.1 Beta, we still receive many bug reports. These errors that you might be facing now were unprecedented.
For instance, there were only a handful of reports having installation issue, RTL not displaying correctly or even placeholder image issue but it seems to manifest on certain hosting environment. However, at most times EasyBlog 5.1 seems to work just fine. That is why we find these findings and errors to be quite perplexing…
